A big retrospective of some 300 works that looks at the way in which 20th century surrealism had its roots in 19th century Romanticism. Work is included by famous artists like Magritte, Klee and Ernst alongside 19th century Masters of Romanticism such as Runge, Caspar David Friedrich and J.C. Dahl (pictured).
